Copycat RX Bar Recipe
Makes about 15 bars
Ingredients
- 50 g Cocoa powder
- 250 g Almond flour
- 20 dates
- 3 tbsp Chia seeds
- 3 tbsp Hemp seeds
- 1 cup Liquid egg whites
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- Mélangez tous les ingrédients secs.
- Ajouter les dattes et blancs d'œufs liquides et mélanger jusqu'à l'obtention d'une purée
- Ajouter la purée de dattes et le beurre d'arachide au mélange d'ingrédients secs.
- Mix until well combined
- Spread evenly onto a 10'' x 15 '' x 1 '' deep baking pan lined with a baking sheet
- Cook at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes
Voila ! A high protein and high fiber snack with just the right amount of sweetness.
